TRAIN THE TRAINER - Compliance Training Programs for Supervisors and Non-Supervisors

Anderson-davis offers comprehensive Train the Trainer programs for human resource departments. Working with hundreds of organizations every year, we help empower you to handle sexual harassment training on your own, for your company. Going through this process provides a significant cost savings over the long term and gives you the tools you need to train your employees when, where, and how you want to. The classroom version is a two day program.


The following is a review of each days training activities:

DAY ONE

First, we cover how this program works and what you will walk away with. Participants identify personal challenges and learning goals for delivering effective sexual harassment training programs. Participants will go through and experience the entire management/rank and file harassment training program. They also will get a chance to bring up the types of questions they think their employees may ask. Identifying questions, concerns, training issues, training materials, and how senior management will participate in the training is handled in the afternoon of day one. Finally, you’ll learn how to create an effective learning environment and understand how the use of audio visuals and presentation materials can make a positive impact.

DAY TWO

Participants are assigned pre-work (on day one) which includes two 15 minute presentations that are given on day two. After they complete their presentations, they will receive peer and trainer feedback. Next, they will identify types of hostile participants and provides techniques for effectively responding to them. You’ll practice responding to hostile participants and answering frequently asked questions. Each participant will submit and ask other HR participants two difficult questions, receiving peer and trainer feedback.

Final details regarding logistics, program rollout, accessing training materials and videos, senior management’s roles and responsibilities will be handled last.
