Participants spend 80% of the program’s time planning and conducting investigations of harassment and or retaliation *complaints, i.e., sexual harassment, gender identity, pregnancy, religion, age, etc.
The participants then learn when and how to facilitate a healing process and apply what they learned in a skill-building activity.
*These are customized live theater dramatization[s] and trainers act all of the characters during the investigations.
