Patti Arthur, Manager, EEO Compliance & Special Engineering

"Very useful and enjoyable experience (although I worked harder and participated more than at a typical seminar!)"

Kris Arneson, Legal Counsel

“For us to heal our workplace, it was critical that our employees have a clear understanding of what discrimination and sexual harassment are and to trust our internal complaint procedure. I strongly feel the ‘healing the workplace’ consulting and training that you did for us gave our employees that in depth understanding. And as a result of your work, our employees have been more inclined to come to us with their situations before they escalate into problems. You did a great job!”
